B. Information Accessed via the School Management System

The app acts as a secure window into the USCHOOL School Management System database. The app displays:

• Academic Records: Report cards, grades, attendance records, and teacher remarks.
• Financial Records: Outstanding school bills, ledger balances, and official fee payment receipts.
• Student Profile Data: Student name, class/grade level, and associated parent contact information as registered by the school.

C. Automatically Collected Device Data

• Device Information: We may collect standard mobile device information (such as mobile device ID, model, operating system version) strictly for troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and ensuring account security.

USCHOOL uses the data strictly to facilitate school-to-parent communication and management. Specifically, we use the information to:

• With the School Administration: Any payment made or data updated via the mobile app is directly synced back to your school’s central USCHOOL School Management System database.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Student Data Protection)

Because USCHOOL displays data regarding school-aged children, we strictly adhere to children's privacy regulations:

• The app is designed to be accessed and used solely by parents or legal guardians, not by students under the age of 13 directly.
• All student information displayed in the app is established by the school under institutional consent. If you believe we have accidentally collected information directly from a child under 13 without verified parental/institutional consent, please contact us immediately.

• Data Accuracy: Because the app displays data managed by your child's school, any errors in academic records, names, or billing balances must be corrected directly through the school's administrative office.
• App Permissions: You can change or revoke mobile app permissions (such as push notifications or biometric login) at any time through your device’s settings menu.
